Manufacturing Engineer

The purpose of the role is to…

This role will mainly but not solely revolve around fitting and wiring specialist electrical equipment in the workshop. You will also be supporting the pre-commissioning team on new and existing equipment. A mechanical minded individual would be idea but not necessary – training will be provided.

Successful candidates may also get the opportunity to learn other transferable skills such as brazing or welding etc.

What you’ll be doing…

• Undertaking the manufacturing installation of control panels.
• Installing electrical cables on refrigeration units.
• Following electrical drawings.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Setting standards for best working practices.
• General workshop duties
• Following clear instruction and process.
• Completing work to a high standard.
• Working in line with our H&S standards and processes.
• Working as part of a team whilst responsible for own area of activities.
