For this CNC Miller we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:

• Online and offline programing using Heidenhain TNC 640 contouring control.
• Setting and operating large horizontal manual and CNC boring machinery.
• Machining of fabricated and casting components from 0.5mtr to 10mtrs up to a maximum weight of 35 tons.
• Machining of high precision gearing components and small parts.
• Lifting of large components of complicated shapes and mass.
• Working with complex drawings and high accuracy machining tolerances.
• Working as part of a skilled department, improving processes by time and motion processes and tooling selection
• Experienced CNC Miller or Horizontal borer and you have worked with large cassings.
