Manufacturing Engineer

Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Client based in Portsmouth based on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Working as part of an established team you will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.

You will help to maximise efficiency by analysing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly method and work force utilisation. You will determine the parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to the product specification.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and related experience and be able to show proven capabilities in the field or related area. You will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures.
