We are looking for graduates to join our Manufacturing Graduate Programme.

  • This award-winning rotational programme covers experience in manufacturing, procurement and supply chain departments
  • You will be allocated to a department based on personal preferences and business needs
  • During the rotational programme you will:
    • Consolidate accountability for production
    • Influence the future of manufacturing
    • Design, install and commission manufacturing facilities and processes
    • Work with stakeholders across product engineering, procurement and manufacturing operations
    • Implement new products, processes and equipment
    • Work throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle
    • Engage multiple internal and external stakeholders
    • Manage large capital investment change
    • Provide technical support for internal and external events
    • Manage logistics and flow from suppliers
    • Learn about supplier management and material flow
    • Learn about operational management of third-party logistics providers
    • Use a mixture of logistics toolsets to study problem-solving and data analysis techniques
    • Support our global manufacturing strategy
    • Deliver world-class process and tooling solutions
    • Support the planning and management of all build activities
    • Contribute to ensuring we achieve value for money whilst maintaining safety, quality and delivery objectives
    • Optimise equipment to meet production order volumes
    • Exact quality and cost targets
    • Utilise data streams to identify underperforming assets
    • Implement improvement activities
    • Learn about the day-to-day operations & running of the business
Requirements
  • On track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in engineering
  • An interest in manufacturing
  • A passion for problem-solving
  • The curiosity to understand business challenges
  • Ability to find innovative solutions
  • Strong numerical and interpersonal skills
  • The confidence to champion new initiatives
