We are looking to recruit several Manufacturing Operativeswho will ensure efficient production and quality composite panels are manufactured.

What does the role involve?
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will ensure production working lists are adhere to OEE, maintain high standards of product quality at all times, and operate equipment as trained, in a safe and efficient manner. You will also be required to communicate with members of the work team, senior managers, and other work groups, consult with other team members about matters that directly affect their work, and ensure QMS report is updated when required and accurately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out any administrative procedures required accurately and punctually, including sap entries, ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained or exceeded in their given area, and reporting equipment defects in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will require:

• Good oral and written communication
• Ability to learn new equipment and able to support others.
• Experience of working in a factory environment.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of internal systems/ sap etc.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Understanding of the basics of the SQCDP principal or similar (not essential)
