Job Title:Manufacturing Operator - Electrical - Day Shift

You'll be working out of our Templecombe manufacturing site as part of a new shift we're implementing.
You will work 9.25 hours a day 4 days a week - Monday - Thurs
The Role
Our Manufacturing Operators develop and produce wiring for electrical assemblies and cable harnesses, within allocated times and in line with required standards and quality criteria. Some experience working in a technical role would be advantageous but full training will be provided. You’ll work with an experienced team and have ample opportunity to learn, develop and progress.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture electrical assemblies on time and to quality
Detect problems relative to existing methods, tools and techniques and escalate to the Team Leader
Escalating Health and safety issues to the Team Leader
Ensuring 5S standards are met
About you:
Genuine interest in working in a technical manufacturing role
Able to grasp and develop technical skills
Can follow instructions and work to tight deadlines
Willingness to learn
Currently hold or able to obtain SC level clearance at UK eyes only
