Business Travel Consultant:
- Providing top-notch support to clients seeking travel guidance and assistance. Craft tailored travel itineraries, handle flight and accommodation bookings, and offer comprehensive assistance throughout the customers journeys.
- Crafting comprehensive luxury packages encompassing flights, hotels, transfers, and more.
- Understanding and aligning with client preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
- Negotiating preferential rates with airline and hotel providers via the GDS system.
- Contributing to the development of new packages and experiences.
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive rates.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in business or leisure travel.
- Proficiency in using a GDS such as Galileo or Amadeus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and customer service prowess.
