Shipping company based in Chichester specialising in offshore and subsea vessels, is seeking a Marine Crew Administrator to join our team.
Your duties will include:
- Assist with recruitment of Marine Crew for our vessels (training will be provided)
- Ensuring crew marine certification compliance (training will be provided)
- Issuing contracts
- Coordinating the crew change logistics
- Arranging Crew Travel
- Maintaining Crew Matrix and Databases
Previous experience in either HR, compliance or a Marine background will be an advantage, The ideal candidate will have strong Admin and IT skills to include Microsoft Word and must have a good working knowledge of Spreadsheets
A versatile approach is essential as your duties will also include assisting in the Marine Operations, /Procurements, Compliance and Accounts departments
Working hours are generally from 9 am to 5:30 pm, five days a week, with some flexibility possible. However, longer hours may be required depending on current deadlines and workload.
