The Marine Fleet Management team is looking for a Marine Fleet Coordinator.

As part of the wider Marine and Logistics team, the Marine Fleet management team is responsible for the holistic fleet management of CTVs and SOVs across RWE’s operational windfarms (O&M).

As part of the Marine Fleet management team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and improving the logistical performance of our operational Marine Fleet of SOVs, CTVs, and Jack-up vessels using vessel tracking and monitoring systems data.

You will support the Marine Fleet management with coordination tasks and make data-based strategic decisions on a fleet level with the goal of improving our logistical and marine asset performance and reducing emissions.

Your tasks:

  • Contribute to the operational, health and safety, financial, and strategic performance of RWE’s offshore wind fleet, Supporting RWE's net zero targets and vessel decarbonisation initiatives
  • Manage the contract for our vessel monitoring tool and maintain its ongoing development
  • Maintain vessel and supplier records and reports on vessel performance at an asset, supplier, site, and fleet/portfolio basis
  • Support the vessel, logistics and project managers with logistical data-collection and analysis
  • Conduct data-based analysis of marine performance data and visualization in the form of dashboards and presentations
  • Monitor statistical weather data and be able to support logistical and weather down time modelling
  • Manage and update key logistical and operational performance indicators for the wider team
  • Establish operational procedures and work flows to support the performance and analytics process
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all operational sites, vessel suppliers and industry bodies
  • Set up and maintain document management systems and fleet databases for the team
  • Administration of the Marine Governance System acting as a system owner
  • Coordination and documentation of inspections and audits on a fleet level
  • Supporting the creation of strategic business cases and presentations
  • Provide continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to working methods and adopting technical developments to enhance the safety and performance of the vessels
  • Contribute to the identification and appropriate management of Marine and Logistical risks

Your profile:

  • Relevant experience in the marine sector required
  • Experience in offshore renewables beneficial
  • Business administration experience required
  • Experience with analytical data management beneficial
  • Highly organised individual with attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate administration and teamwork skills
  • Sound IT skills, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and Power BI
  • Fluent in English language
  • Enhanced communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplined team, at all levels
  • Structured thinking, proven ability to develop methods and procedures

This position can be home-based in the UK or Copenhagen but applicants must have a permanent right to work in either country.
