The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the Markets and Fairs Team as an Operations Team Leader.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to lead and inspire a dedicated and knowledgeable Team during the setup and and take down of Loughborough Town Centres Chartered Market.
You must be able to work as part of this team and be independently driven with effective communication skills to work across departments when the role demands and you will need to feed back to Supervisors in a timely manner any issues or improvements that are required to assist the running of the Operation.
