My client, within the public sector, are searching for a Market Researcher to provide valuable insights on consumers, products, and the market to inform strategic and tactical business decisions. This role involves primary and secondary research and insight, building and maintaining relationships across the organisation, and aligning Market Research activities with strategic goals.
Day-to-day of the role:- Support the Market Research Manager and manage the process on multiple large projects.
- Brief research agencies and assess resulting proposals.
- Review and sign off all research collateral, keeping internal clients informed.
- Ensure successful delivery of research with actionable insights.
- Proactively seek or respond to stakeholders’ research requests, managing your own internal customer relationships.
- Grow and raise the profile of the research function across the business.
- Support research budget management to ensure effective and monitored spending.
- Manage relationships with research suppliers, developing beneficial partnerships.
- Negotiate work and costs with research suppliers for your projects.
- Act as the key contact for the online community panel, liaising with stakeholders to schedule content and deliver monthly presentations.
- Horizon scan for new research services and make recommendations to the team.
