Form of workGleeson are delighted to be partnering with a market leading digital agency in Birmingham who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working as an Account Manager agency side, or a Senior Marketing Executive who has experience working across different accounts/brands in an in-house role, looking to step into a Marketing Manager role.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the growth of this agency's clients, from start to finish. This role will be heavily strategic, you will have the support of the delivery team across PPC, SEO, content and search teams - you won't be expected to be hands on. Hubspot experience would be an advantage.
"What else would I be responsible for?"
- You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting post-campaign data to business owners/clients advising them of successes and growth areas.
- Understanding client's goals and helping to create an integrated marketing strategy to support meeting those goals.
- Presenting research and marketing strategies to prospects and clients.
- Campaign reporting and working with the senior to analyse and optimise.
The interview process will be 2 stages which will include a team meeting and a task - first stage interview will be via teams with one of the founding members.
