Job Description

Are you an experienced Marketing Account Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity working with some of the biggest names in technology?

Do you have a passion for creating amazing B2B content? Can you orchestrate large-scale campaigns end-to-end, working with a global client-base?

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on individual to build a career as a Marketing Account Manager in a rapidly growing area of our business.

This is a great opportunity to join an established but innovative agency looking to grow. A strong marketing and account handling background is essential.

A multi-faceted enriching role encompassing account development and delivery of work across multiple clients.

You'll be managing client campaigns, ensuring they're on brief, on time, and on budget, as well as ensuring excellent customer service. If you're looking for more autonomy and want to be accountable for:

  • The management and ownership of certain clients

  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager by taking full ownership of business processes

Job responsibilities

Campaign management Social, Marketing communication and traditional campaign management. Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and effectively - on brief, on time and on budget including full financial management.

Client Management - Identify opportunities for additional services that we could provide to the client and work with the team to deliver. Awareness of industry and client news and developments.

Essential skills

  • Strong campaign/project management
  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Previous experience of client/job finance management

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Great customer service and relationship building skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • First-class presentation skills.

  • Innovative, creative and proactive ability to influence content campaigns.

Desirable skills

  • Marketing background, ideally technology/channel

  • Understand marketing services & asset production/development processes - design, digital

  • Demonstrable experience of managing digital and marcomms projects

  • Ability to recommend relevant tactics to optimise each job

  • Understand and implement campaign metrics, measurement and ROI

  • Social Media Organic/Paid/Copy -LinkedIn platform beneficial

  • Lead Generation / Telemarketing/syndication experience

  • Event services
