Temporary Marketing Administrator
Based in Thatcham
This is a really interesting role with a fabulous employer based in Thatcham.
It’s extremely varied and encompasses lots of different areas of responsibility and tasks.
Initially this is a temporary role but there are possible opportunities for it to become a permanent position.
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
This role will involve supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager with general administrative support but if you have some experience with social media platforms this would be valuable. You will be supporting the Manager with putting together social media campaigns in order to attract staff and further strengthen the company brand.
You will also help to administer the company electronic messaging boards so some creative skills would be ideal.
Part of the role will be coordinating recruitment activity and scheduling candidate interviews, liaising with department managers to obtain feedback.
You will also provide some support to the Executive Assistants so excellent PC skills and administration skills are essential.
Another area of the work would be to provide cover at the reception desk so a friendly and welcoming manner is essential.
