Salary We are recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join a well-established multi-site retail business that supply specialist tools and machinery based at their Head Office in Nottingham City Centre.
This Marketing Administrator role is a permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-6pm, and Fridays 8.30am-5pm offering a salary of £26-28k per annum dependent on experience plus benefits as below.
As Marketing Administrator, reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be working in a marketing team of 10 people, within a company where their retail and online business is going from strength to strength! Key responsibilities will include:
Proof reading and copy writing for the company catalogue
Optimising the efficiency and performance of the Creative Services Department through active administrative support
Coordinate the recording of catalogue proposal product information for delisted/new products
Liaise with external suppliers to obtain product samples for media whilst maintaining accurate stock movement records where required
Coordinate timely and efficient media in line with catalogues/flyer deadline requirements
Accurately develop copy and deliver to the design agency from supplier provided documentation
Liaising with external suppliers and the Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely recharge for media
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working within a Marketing Administrator role or similar
Experience in proof reading and copy writing
Strong IT experience - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in Photoshop, InDesign or Adobe Suite will be advantageous, but not essential
Excellent written skills with a keen attention for detail and accuracy is essential
Knowledge of, or an enthusiasm for the DIY/ Tools market would be desirable, or experience in marketing a technical product
