SalaryThis Marketing Administrator role is a permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-6pm, and Fridays 8.30am-5pm offering a salary of £26-28k per annum dependent on experience plus benefits as below.
As Marketing Administrator, reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be working in a marketing team of 10 people, within a company where their retail and online business is going from strength to strength! Key responsibilities will include:
- Proof reading and copy writing for the company catalogue
- Optimising the efficiency and performance of the Creative Services Department through active administrative support
- Coordinate the recording of catalogue proposal product information for delisted/new products
- Liaise with external suppliers to obtain product samples for media whilst maintaining accurate stock movement records where required
- Coordinate timely and efficient media in line with catalogues/flyer deadline requirements
- Accurately develop copy and deliver to the design agency from supplier provided documentation
- Liaising with external suppliers and the Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely recharge for media
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a Marketing Administrator role or similar
- Experience in proof reading and copy writing
- Strong IT experience - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in Photoshop, InDesign or Adobe Suite will be advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent written skills with a keen attention for detail and accuracy is essential
- Knowledge of, or an enthusiasm for the DIY/ Tools market would be desirable, or experience in marketing a technical product
