- Numerate background either academically or in career history
- Experienced in working with CRM systems to optimise customer journeys by turning campaign results into actionable recommendations through a robust test and learn programme.
- Experienced in using CRM data to draw insights on customer behaviour and support data-driven decision-making
- Experienced in communicating data insights through data visualisation and reporting
- Understanding of using CRM for personalisation and targeting
- Knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
Your New Role.
As a CRM Journey Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role within the Data & Insight team. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive customer journey maps across various products and segments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine journeys and communications, driving impactful supporter engagement and retention.
- Creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators related to supporter journeys, facilitating effective communication to stakeholders.
- Leveraging CRM data insights to recommend personalized journeys for different segments, enhancing customer experiences and optimizing outcomes.
