Marketing And Communications Executive

Marketing and Communications Executive is required to work for a financial services company in Victoria. The role is either full-time or part-time until October, but it has the potential to lead to a permanent role. The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Relationships in driving the Marketing and Communications for investor relations. Salary depends on experience, circa £35k.
Duties include:
Communications
Implementing email communications to both business contacts and investors using Salesforce email marketing programme
• Use of mass email programme to create email marketing campaigns including creation of HTML template, text and image input, test email send, create engagement studio and report on stats
• Organisation of deal launch marketing communications including email as above and printed material for postal mailing.
Website
• Liaison with a digital agency for the maintenance of the website including regular checks and updates
• Create landing pages for specific campaigns
Social Media
• Create content for LinkedIn posts
Events organisation
• Support the Relationship team with the organisation of digital and in-person events.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in email marketing system
