Product Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Assistant to join a Brighton based luxury cruise company. Working with the product and commercial teams to enhance product offerings and assist with competitive pricing in the market. This is a Monday-Friday role and carries a salary of up to £27,000 plus bonus. Product Assistant responsibilities: Update and maintain travel package information and pricing on the system Liase with suppliers to ensure accurate travel package content Work closely with the sales team to pass on product information and support Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and update website content Participate in FAM trips to enhance product knowledge Product Assistant skills required: Travel industry experience desirable although graduates may be considered Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills MS Office proficient, particularly Excel Knowledge of travel systems or systems such as Wordpress or Hubspot beneficial Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Additional information: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Bonus scheme Birthday off Employee discounts and FAM trips Eye care vouchers
