Exciting opportunity to join our Communications team. We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Lead who will assist the Head of Communications in executing campaigns and strategies to position Foster + Partners’ and our specialist teams as global thought leaders in sustainability, innovation, and research.

Key skills:

• Devise, develop and implement Marketing and communication campaigns to support business development goals providing direction on the development and creation of thought leadership content, identifying target audiences and messaging.

• Project manage the content and review of relevant marketing campaigns for Foster + Partners aligning business development objectives and ensuring that these campaigns support our global vision and strategy and resonate regionally and locally including China and the US.

• Work closely with the Communications and Content Manager and the Digital Marketing Lead to communicate relevant Thought Leadership campaigns to our digital audiences.

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to align campaign and marketing strategies.

• Work collaboratively with studio teams and the communications team to ensure thought leadership programmes and projects are integrated with the strategic marketing plan and implemented in line with practice requirements.

• Manage the current presentation decks (PowerPoint) and advise on updates and changes.

• Advise on and identify relevant and influential platforms and speaker events to support and extend brand awareness and align with business development strategies.

• Liaise closely with Content and Communications Manager and Head of Communications to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with proactive press outreach for the practice.

• Manage Foster + Partners employees’ attendance at trade shows, conferences and seminars and ensure they have obtained Management Board approval as well as arranging all speaker logistics.

• Analyse the effectiveness of the marketing brochure production, external events, and relevant marketing campaigns, including competitor analysis, campaign management and create impact reports on Foster + Partners marketing activity and market position.
