THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to play a strategic role within the wider Brand and Communications function.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our communications and marketing campaigns meet audience needs and support the delivery of organisational objectives.
You will have ownership of the Marketing and Communications strategy and activity for our youth and schools audiences, Community Tree Packs and volunteering. As a member of the Brand and Communications team, you will have the chance to champion the function of your team. As time goes on you will have scope to contribute to shaping the team in the future to achieve the department's goals. This role also manages and supports one Marketing and Communications Executive.
This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire (currently a minimum of twice a month). Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.
Pro-Rata salary range is £27,600 to £28,800.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be passionate about conservation and will have relevant experience across the Marketing and communication channel mix. You'll be naturally collaborative and used to leading a team to deliver a campaign from start to finish. You'll be used to working with a variety of teams and will have strong stakeholder management experience. We are looking for someone with a warm, welfare-focused approach to managing their team and supporting them to achieve their goals.
