Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team.

As the Marketing and Communications Officer, you will be a vital part of our client’s team, working in collaboration with their wider partnership to coordinate impactful events and activities. Your role will involve promoting our client’s services and initiatives across social media platforms and ensuring effective outreach to their target demographic of people aged 50 plus.

Responsibilities:

- Promotion: Ensure the widespread promotion of the service throughout the city.

- Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of flagship events.

- Audience Engagement: Ensure that our client’s messaging resonates with and reaches the target audience effectively.

Key Duties:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximise awareness and engagement with our client’s initiatives.

- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including statutory services, community organisations, and private businesses, to organise a variety of activities and events tailored to the interests of older people.

- Utilise social media channels to amplify their messaging and connect with our client’s audience on a digital platform.
