Lead and manage reactive and proactive maintenance tasksCollaborate with team members to enhance engineering processesEnsure compliance with industrial standards and regulationsDevelop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costsMentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environmentContribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practicesMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety proceduresManage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of materials and servicesProfile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
An engineering degree from a recognised institution would be beneficial however not essential Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sectorTrack record of Maintenance EngineeringStrong project management and leadership skillsExcellent problem–solving abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsJob Offer
