Marketing And Events Executive

C&C Search is currently recruiting a n Event and Marketing Executive to join a large multinational professional services client.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in an corporate events role.

Salary: £35,000-£45,000

Hours: 9:15am-5:15pm, 3/2 hybrid (but 4 days in for first couple of months), some flex may be needed for events

USP: this is an amazing working environment with a close knit and fun team. You will get stuck in to different projects from webinars to large events, they have around 80 events a year. They have a lovely work environment and work life balance.

Duties:

• Running a broad range of event activities such as seminars, presentations (online and in person) receptions, conferences, from conception and invitation creation through to event wrap up and debrief!
• Managing event budgets
• Post events feedback and reporting and data
• Using design savvy and tools like Adobe In-design, and/or Canva to create appropriate event materials

About you:

• You are a graduate with 2 minimum or qualified by experience
• You have 2-3 years of experience in events in a corporate environment
• You are used to running events and doing some marketing to promote
• You are fiercely organised and love to get stuck in and support others
• You love to problem solve and take responsibility
• You enjoy managing multiple projects at one time
