Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional Events and trade shows.
- Engage with customers during events to promote products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations.
- Generate and qualify leads through direct interactions.
- Process sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and distribute marketing materials to support sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers post-event to nurture relationships.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
