Events And Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional Events and trade shows.
• Engage with customers during events to promote products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct interactions.
• Process sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and customers post-event to nurture relationships.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in face-to-face sales or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
