Job Role
Infinigate UK are seeking an exceptional Marketing Assistant to join their close-knit team of Marketing Specialists dedicated to high quality channel marketing. This role will be responsible for supporting the vendor marketing team by providing an operational, organisational and project management role that is pivotal for the successful execution of marketing plans and activities.
This is a full-time, hybrid position which can be located in our offices based either in Woking or London. You will be required to work from office 3 days per week, 2 days from home.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating marketing activities as directed by the Marketing Manager and Executive to ensure campaigns and activities are delivered within the required timescales
- Support the creation and execution of digital & social campaigns in Hubspot including content briefing, proof-reading, and scheduling
- Assisting organisation of partner and vendor events such as training, partner days, sales activation days and end-user events
- Co-ordination of MDF claims to gather necessary proof of performance, and support with the uploading of claims into vendor claims portals
- Manage promotional merchandise and branded items for the vendor team including production of new items, stock tracking and shipping of items to required locations for events
- Help maintain our partner database by liaising between marketing, sales and product management whilst adhering to GDPR and data processing regulations
- Support sales floor and promotion activities within UK sales offices and provide on-site assistance for SPIF days across all offices
- Internal communications on behalf of the vendor marketing team ensuring sales and management teams are kept up to date with marketing plans
- Liaising with sales, marketing and product management teams to ensure leads are actioned and tracked through the sales cycle
- Provide on-site support for key Infinigate events as required; may require overnight stays, max 1 - 2 per month
- Providing general marketing support and other duties for the Marketing Director and wider marketing team as required
General Skills
- Previous exposure to a variety of marketing functions including collating marketing data, coordinating marketing activities, managing social media accounts and/or events coordination
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

- A proactive team player who is not afraid to ask questions!
- Committed and autonomous, motivated to manage own workload whilst utilising the wider team for support
- A keen lister with an eye for detail
