Role description:
This is a great opportunity for a dedicated self-starter with Marketing and/or sales experience looking to take greater ownership over strategy and communication.
We are seeking someone who can work with our friendly development team to adapt our existing product range to the UK market and expand it with new products as well as promote these education tools to the market. You will be a proactive problem solver and a team-player who is excited by the flexibility and autonomy remote working provides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market evaluation to support product development and market adaptation
- Define the product vision in collaboration with the development team and senior leadership
- Innovate the product roadmap with insights from user data and market research
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and effective communication
- Manage internal and external customer requests for product design changes
- Ensure documentation and web content is up to date
- Drive product improvement projects (such as cost reduction, performance / range enhancement, compliance with new regulations)
- Set financial performance goals
- Work with senior leadership to create, own and deliver our Marketing and Product strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Manage all aspects of our company website, shaping and own the customer journey and experience
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels as well as monitoring and analysing digital marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships internationally
- Conduct periodic reviews ensuring adherence to KPIs and company standards
Experience and skills:
- Ability to translate business problems into easily understood technology solutions
- Experience of creating and executing a product roadmap and marketing strategy
- Experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, website optimization, and performance analysis
- Enthusiasm for digital Marketing and interest in education/e-learning sector
- Proven project management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in website CMS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices
- Enthusiasm and ability to collaborate well with others, including remote and overseas teams
- An ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence and desire to present in front of customers
- Experience in the education sector is desirable, e.g. B2B marketing to schools (particularly English as an Additional Language related experience)
