The key goal of this role is to equip the company's sales teams and business leadership with the tools, insights, support, and practices to achieve greater success. You will also be the first point of contact for prospects and actively pursue and support prospecting activities. The ultimate objective of the Marketing and Sales Analyst is to achieve higher sales velocity and commercial impact.

Responsibilities:
- Helping the sales team prepare for meetings, whether it's with potential customers or within the company to grow the business. This involves preparing information and materials to make the meetings successful.
- Making sure that all aspects of the sales process are recorded and organized properly in their customer relationship management (CRM) system, HubSpot. This includes checking that they have all the necessary information and that it's accurate and up to date.
- Acting as the first point of contact for prospects, researching and establishing contact with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Sourcing sales targets and conducting research related to business development. This involves looking at what's happening within the market, how well competitors are doing, and the current trends
- Internal and external event preparation and project management support
- Creating and supporting email, social media, and other marketing campaigns
- Generating regular management information reports
- Creating and keeping up to date an ongoing tracking and reporting methodology for the marketing-to-sales function
- Ad hoc proofreading/presentation creation and regular document/toolbox updates
- Ensuring client support materials are of a high standard, appealing design, and error-free
- Support the development of customer references, proof points, and case studies for external and internal use as well as preparation of sales events and other activities to support customer success
Requirements:
- 0-12 months experience in sales-oriented marketing activities
- Good communication skills in 2 languages a bonus
- Social media experience
- Comfortable with analyzing data and report writing
- Knowledge of the sales cycle and Sales and marketing methodologies
- Experience with CRM, social media, and general affinity with digital technology and travel
- Ideally experience in a fast-moving retail environment
- Experience in aviation and travel is an added benefit
