The role of Marketing and Sales Assistant will see you provide invaluable support to the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the marketing mix, with a particular focus on social media management.
The right candidate will have a strong interest in or previous experience working with social media.
This role would be suitable for a recent graduate, or someone who has worked in a similar role previously.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be required to: -
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate Marketing and promotional activities - to include various content creation, promotional merchandise, events etc.
- Liaise with external organisations e.g. PR consultants, media etc
- Attend occasional exhibitions and events
- Ensure consistency across all marketing activity and follow brand guidelines including tone of voice
- Undertake market research activity as necessary
- Assist the sales team with a variety of tasks as required
- On occasion assist in other departments as needed
- Other relevant tasks as requested by the Directors and Management
- No Working Remotely, this is an office-based role.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
- Able to work on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for digital Marketing and a creative mindset
- Good organisational skills
- Enjoy working within a team and alone
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable
- Previous experience in a social media or marketing role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative products is a strong plus
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Marketing or Graphic Design qualification
