The role of Marketing and Sales Assistant will see you provide invaluable support to the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the marketing mix, with a particular focus on social media management.

The right candidate will have a strong interest in or previous experience working with social media.

This role would be suitable for a recent graduate, or someone who has worked in a similar role previously.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be required to: -
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Coordinate Marketing and promotional activities - to include various content creation, promotional merchandise, events etc.
• Liaise with external organisations e.g. PR consultants, media etc
• Attend occasional exhibitions and events
• Ensure consistency across all marketing activity and follow brand guidelines including tone of voice
• Undertake market research activity as necessary
• Assist the sales team with a variety of tasks as required
• On occasion assist in other departments as needed
• Other relevant tasks as requested by the Directors and Management
• No Working Remotely, this is an office-based role.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential

• Able to work on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for digital Marketing and a creative mindset
• Good organisational skills
• Enjoy working within a team and alone
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable

• Previous experience in a social media or marketing role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative products is a strong plus
• Understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Marketing or Graphic Design qualification

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, office based
