- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by upselling products and services.

- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Maintain organized records of sales and customer information.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on selling products or services.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage sales orders, customer details, and inventory efficiently.
- Computer knowledge is a must. Able to use Excel & Word documents. - Keep shop in clean & tidy manner when required.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
