Marketing and Sales Assistant

The Company:

Our client provides tailored engineering solutions to the offshore energy industry. With fantastic industry experience and knowledge they offer a single point of contact for complete project solutions from inception through to successful project delivery. These projects are within the Renewables and Oil & Gas sectors.

The Role:

On their behalf we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will report into the Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

• Supporting the sales and marketing functions
• Responsible for a range of tasks including social media management, content creation, sales support, travel bookings and general administrative duties
• Assist in the production of marketing publications and / or campaigns to support business development.
• Assist in the definition, development, communication and implementation of specific business development plans and activities.
• Assist in the organisation of internal and external events such as conferences and briefings, and the production of accurate and complete supporting documentation.
• Maintain stock levels of literature.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including maintaining databases, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for a recent graduate in business or marketing. They are seeking someone who has fantastic people skills too.

In addition to this they are seeking:

• Organised, with an ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using various software tools and technologies, including CRM
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a positive attitude

The Salary:

£22-25,000

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
