The Role

We are looking for a part time Social Media Assistant to join in house in our fast growing team to support in creating exciting and engaging Social Media content for our wide range of clients. The successful candidate will be able to edit video content using various Iphone apps and Adobe Premiere Pro and be confident in creating Social Media graphics on Canva (training will be provided, but a pre-existing experience and basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design is essential).

The ideal candidate is confident and savvy with Social Media, emerging viral trends and new platforms such as TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• General administration duties
• Creating & scheduling Social Media content for clients Instagram & Tik Tok accounts
• Editing YouTube videos
• Editing podcast video clips for TikTok
• Assisting on client content shoots
• Creating Social Media insight reports

Although a level of content creation experience is required to be successful in this application, this role is an opportunity to really grow and develop your skills within the agency. At Social Magnet we are passionate on team work, support and guidance for all our staff.

Schedule and location

ESSENTIAL - This is an in office role at our office in Clitheroe, Lancashire, UK.

It is also essential you have a laptop to work from.

We are looking to hire as soon as possible.

We would prefer the 12 hours to be across two days but are flexible on which days of the week that would be.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Salary: £8.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
