We have an exciting new opportunity with a successful growing Satellite Communications and Services organization based out of their offices in Redhill.

This will be a varied and fast-paced role that will support all marketing activities as well as some administrative tasks for the CEO. You will be involved in a range of marketing functions including digital communications, campaigns, graphic design, logistics, PR & communications, advertising, sponsorships, corporate gifts, event and project management covering sales events, roadshows, and exhibitions as well as having responsibility for your own projects.

Key to the role will be your skills, attitude, aptitude and people skills - market sector training will be provided. Excellent career opportunity.

Eligibility for UK SC-level security clearance is essential for this role. Please only apply if you meet the criteria 5 year min UK residence

Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing and Communications Manager and Commercial and Marketing Director.
• Administration support to CEO.
• Updating Intranet & external website
• Managing marketing mailboxes
• Assisting with design & production of presentations, datasheets, brochures
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, reporting
• Assisting with social media planning and corporate and company staff events

Skills and experience sought:

• Intermediate to advanced skills within MS Office
• First class communication, interpersonal and people orientated skills
• Strong organizational skills, methodical, multi-tasker
• Creative ideally with experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Flexible, positively motivated and team orientated
• Occasional travel will be required from time to time
• Eligible for SC UK Security clearance (due to the nature of some of the organizations clients - military/government)
