Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive the success of our campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Support the creation of marketing materials, including copywriting for various channels - Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling - Assist with the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person - Monitor and track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives - Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and scheduling - Assist with website updates and maintenance Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Basic knowledge of project management principles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with copywriting best practices - Experience with Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms is a plus - Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is a plus - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Basic IT skills for troubleshooting technical issues - Comfortable working in an office setting We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
