Position:Marketing Assistant
Salary: GBP25,000
Location: Preston / Hybrid (one day in the office)
What's the background?
The January blues don't happen in this organisation. That's because it's an environment where you're treated like a grown-up, trusted, measured on your results, and is a generally progressive, modern employer.They operate in a very niche field in the healthcare sector and would be classed as being B2B but do have an aspect of B2C. This is a new position that has been created due to continued growth.
If you're looking for a role where you'll have plenty of autonomy, an ability to be creative, but in a highly supportive environment with great benefits then this might be the one for you.
Responsibilities:
It's a small team where you'll be supporting the Marketing Manager in a completely generalist role. This could include anything from creating content for social media, drafting internal and external comms, organising events, market research, and SEO analysis.
Your focus will be on increasing brand awareness and this is where your creative juices will get flowing, knowing what works in terms of effective targeting on social media and how to stand out. As such, you'll need to have a couple of years experience under your belt and be someone who has a flair for designing with experience of using relevant software (such as Adobe or Canva).
Being a bit of a wordsmith would also be advantageous as you'll not only get involved in drafting internal communications to all your colleagues, but generating engaging email campaigns too.
This really is a broad, varied position with heaps for someone to really get stuck in to.
Experience needed:
- Two years marketing experience
- Able to use design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
