The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing marketing support to the group. This will involve working on a variety of marketing projects and coordinating activities and events.
Main Responsibilities:
· Working with the commercial and marketing team to co-ordinate multi-faceted marketing campaigns and events.
· Contribute to both external and internal communications.
· Maintenance and Administration of the company CRM including report creation.
· Build knowledge base around company CRM and become the go-to for training and troubleshooting.
· Supporting the social media schedule - managing pages, posting updates, and responding to comments and messages.
· Supporting with E: Marketing Campaigns that promote awareness of the brand and product ranges – manage and evaluate through analysis of engagement, opens, click throughs and disseminate these findings to the wider salesforce.
· Communicating with clients, customers, and external agencies.
· Creating and delivering presentations.
· Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site.
· Submitting ideas for marketing campaigns designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
· Supporting maintenance of the website - Writing website content, uploading news content.
· Where necessary: attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or other related field
· Should ideally have 1 years’ experience in a similar role
· A creative thinker who is also client focussed.
· Experience in Adobe-based design tools is preferred.
· Desirable to have previous knowledge of CRM systems.
· A keen eye for design and impeccable attention to detail.
· Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook. Creative Cloud experience is desirable.
· Good level of IT and a willingness to familiarize and navigate new systems relevant to the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
