My client a B2B company are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive company that will offer the opportunity for both professional and personal development.

This position will require you to play a key role in enhancing the companies user journey through both the company website and social media channels. The right individual will have experience within Social Media Marketing and be confident in putting forward new ideas.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant includes;

• Managing the companies social media accounts and helping to build the companies website traffic
• Setting up and executing email campaigns to ensure the target audience is reached
• Managing the companies website and supporting with blog strategies
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure that the brand voice is consistent and follows company guidelines
• Reporting and monitoring on lead generation and looking at how this can be improved

Key experience of the Marketing Assistant includes;

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Confident in putting forward new ideas and strategies
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about providing an excellent use experience
