Job description

As the Marketing Automation Manager at HLTH, you will be the central subject matter expert in executing and optimizing our global Marketing Automation initiatives. Your role involves developing and implementing targeted, segmented, and triggered nurture campaigns, leveraging both explicit and implicit data to maximize impact and engagement. You will be instrumental in driving HLTH’s marketing efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven strategies, including managing and optimizing lead scoring in HubSpot and integrating with Salesforce CRM.

Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution

  • Design and execute targeted and segmented marketing campaigns, including nurture and triggered email campaigns.
  • Utilize explicit profile data and implicit behavioral data to tailor messaging and timing for optimal engagement.
  • Ensure all Marketing Automation activities align with HLTH’s overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

Lead Scoring & CRM Integration

  • Manage and optimize lead scoring models in HubSpot to enhance lead qualification and prioritization.
  • Integrate Marketing Automation with Salesforce CRM for seamless lead management and tracking.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead scoring with business goals and sales processes.

Data Analysis & Segmentation Strategies

  • Develop and activate robust segmentation strategies to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Tool Proficiency & Integration

  • Demonstrate expertise in using HubSpot for Marketing Automation tasks and lead scoring.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency with Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Integrate various digital tools and platforms to create a cohesive marketing technology stack.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Stay informed about GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.
  • Implement best practices for email marketing, lead nurturing, and Marketing Automation.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and manage detailed reports using Google Sheets to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with global marketing teams to support and enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.

● Workspace: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) 

● Marketing: Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Storyblok

● Internal Comms/Project Management: Asana, Slack, Zoom

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing Automation, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot, including lead scoring, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation strategies and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
  • Experience in building and interpreting marketing reports.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
