Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Description:
Our agency client is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent full time basis. The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will work within the Marketing Services team for multiple clients across a variety of sectors. Deliver high-impact marketing programmes that create tangible commercial returns through a dedicated focus on lead acquisition and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign management - Create, manage, and deliver end-to-end Marketing Campaigns using HubSpot.
- Campaign analysis and reporting - Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- CRM Management - Manage CRM data and segment audiences for campaigns
- Client liaison - Update clients on campaign plans and performance
- Cross-team liaison - Work closely with the content team and design studio to develop impactful marketing assets and collateral.
- Content writing for campaign channels - Support with Buyer journey mapping, management, and optimisation – Training will be provided
- Persona mapping and delivery against needs – Training will be provided
- Internal EC marketing support
Key skills and experience:
- You'll be a skilled marketing professional with at least four to five years of experience in planning, leading, and executing successful campaigns.
- Proficient in using key performance indicators for successful campaign management, with expertise in CRM systems.
- HubSpot experience is essential.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, accustomed to working with stakeholders at all levels.
