Our well established and rapidly expanding client are market leaders in the manufacturing & installing of specialised products throughout the UK. We are pleased to be recruiting for a Marketing Communications Executive to join their team for this busy and vibrant business based in Wokingham.

The Role
Join this company as a Marketing Communications Executive, supporting a busy team working to raise awareness of the company through webinars, product launches, exhibitions, and both print and digital communications, with plenty of opportunities for growth and progression.
As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of digital communications across the Group, including email newsletters and LinkedIn. Your role will also involve ensuring consistent and accurate information across group websites and literature, managing the contact database, asset library and task planner. As well as this, you will be involved in photography and videography projects across the group, working with our external agencies to help build on and develop our existing assets.
About you:
We are looking for a highly organised, self starter with a few years of marketing experience. You will be a flexible and proactive individual with strong attention to detail, a confident communicator ready to get stuck in and grow your marketing skills in a fast paced, "all-in" environment
2+ years marketing experience
Highly organised, able to plan, manage and prioritise a busy workload
Confident communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and understands the importance of building good relationships with different teams and business areas
Confident copywriter
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Proficient in all Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Communications:
Support with the planning and execution of our editorial calendar of digital content, including regular newsletter campaigns, LinkedIn content, promotional literature, news articles, video etc.
Monitor and manage existing content across the Group websites to ensure consistent and accurate information.
Create and manage our asset library of key product photography and video that can support the marketing outreach.
Events:
Lead the scheduling, tracking and analysis of our monthly webinars
Support with Group events and exhibitions including logistics, mailing lists, and overall implementation and promotion.
Contact Database Support:
Regularly review and update the contact database, with the sales teams to ensure we have up-to-date and relevant contact lists for our direct marketing activity.
