We are looking for an experienced and creative marketing and communications professional to work with our Senior Leadership Team to design and implement innovative and creative audience-focused campaigns for all three areas of the business - music, arts and events.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will:
- Lead on the marketing and communications for Severn Arts, shaping and directing the marketing activity of the business both strategically and on a day-to-day basis.
- Be responsible for the production and implementation of the Marketing & Communications Plan for Severn Arts.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to design and implement innovative and creative audience-focused campaigns to promote and maximise participation, sales and commercial opportunities.
The role, supported by a full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator is busy and varied with an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing and communications, developing existing skills and learning new ones.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing success of the organisation, championing, protecting, enhancing and promoting Severn Arts and the opportunities it brings to children and young people and the wider community of Worcestershire.
