AddressAs a Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate cross-functional team efforts that support marketing initiatives through project management. You will assist the marketing team by organising logistics, researching vendors, and working with many departments for marketing campaigns and business plan content delivery. You will create mailing lists and developing content to support the overarching business plan including coordinating websites, socials, print, emails, shows and so much more.
The main aim of this Marketing Coordinator role is to ensure a consistent brand voice on all channels and marketing platforms through attention to detail, project management and time management. We are looking for a determined individual to drive better business through strategic thinking, creative problem solving, project management and an unwavering belief in the potential of our business plan.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating meetings with executive teams and marketing partners. The meetings are usually brainstorming sessions for developing marketing strategies and discussing marketing goals and targets.
Role Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Supporting the development and execution of Lynas Group marketing and branding strategies.
- Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organising meetings and external shows.
- Organising and coordinating various meetings and content days.
- Assisting in developing original content (from overarching business plan) for social media platforms, websites and printed advertising materials.
- Understanding Lynas Group brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
- Monitoring marketing industry news.
- Informing the sales teams about campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Working with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets brand specifications.
- Working with internal and external teams to deliver agreed objectives in set timelines.
- Working with E-Commerce teams to co-ordinate marketing information across all platforms. This will include product information management.
