The Marketing Coordinator Role
The successful Marketing Coordinator will join the Operations team, and work alongside the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will enjoy a varied role including:
- Submitting tenders/bids
- Updating social media, and creating social media content
- Updating the website
- B2B presentations
- Capability statements
- FAQ's
- Maintaining CV database and updating CV's with relevant projects
- Image updates, tracking projects for completion, chasing, uploading images to image bank and image tagging and appropriate resizing for website
- Use of SharePoint to track and book industry events
- Getting social media content during industry events, and liaising with photographer
- Attend monthly marketing meetings
- Testimonials and updating documents and website
- Stay up to date with new starters and staff information
- Produce Market Updates and insight pieces
- Create Adverts
- Recruitment assistance, university days
- Appointment document tracking
