JOB PURPOSE
To provide marketing support to the UK business for the accurate, timely and on budget support and production of marketing support material and the control of marketing administration.
You will create content for social & trade media presence including press releases, case studies and product launches. You will also ensure accurate tracking of market information, competitor activity and insights to ensure an industry-leading approach for all messaging.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- To ensure that high quality, accurate marketing messaging is provided to multiple stakeholders throughout the business
- Control selected internal and external marketing communications collateral production to promote and inform staff and customers about BrandSafway products and services
- Content creation activities for the UK to be co-ordinated within agreed content and time parameters
- Engage established company social media pages to increase reach within target market
- Encourage CRM utilisation including accuracy of input & output
- Track market and competitive intelligence data including changes in market conditions, acquisitions and trends
- Timely and accurate support of internal and external marketing communications projects and/ or material requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Own and administer UK press release, case study creation and photography demands including copywriting where appropriate
- Support news announcements including product launches, focus events and industry topics
- Working with business managers, customers and agencies to co-ordinate and progress public relations and case study activities and approval procedures
- Control the company social media pages including regular content sharing, monitoring activity and tracking
- Provide on-going guidance to increase CRM usage and accuracy
- Extract and co-ordinate information from the business in order to create content and address future focus
- Campaign management for media / social media etc. to promote the brand and target market audience by planned campaigns
- Working in liaison with Supply Chain to effective market support lines such as mono flex and scaffolding ancillary works to help to promote and build the brand in the marketplace
- Assisting in the planning, coordination and attendance of events and exhibitions

Internal: International Marketing function, International CRM function, Corporate Team, Strategic Account Managers, Safety, Health, Environment & Quality departments, Branch, Operations, Sales & Commercial groups, Directors and Senior Management
External: Agencies, Suppliers, Designers & Printers
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in a Marketing related subject
- 2+ years broad marketing experience, with demonstrable digital skills
- Experience working within a Construction, Engineering or similar environment would be highly advantageous
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Creative, pro-active and strategic thinker
