Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Coordinator to join our team and assist our Project Manager in the successful execution of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project planning, coordination, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project activities.
- Coordinate project logistics, including resource allocation and procurement of materials.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budgetary controls.
- Support the resolution of project-related problems and conflicts.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the facilities maintenance or construction industry.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
