Form of workAn oriental airline is currently recruiting a Japanese speaking Marketing Coordinator to work in their office in London.
In this role you will be responsible for building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of their overall strategic marketing plan.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
TYPE: Full-time, Initially 2-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, depending on business and performance)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: around £25K - 26K depending on experience + a non-guaranteed annual bonus which is around 1 month's salary
START: April / May 2024
LOCATION: Central London
Marketing Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
• Maximize potential of email marketing to effectively generate leads and drive conversions
• Build a database of quality leads through newsletter signups, produce emails based on customer segments, demographic, journeys and preferences, and monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates for optimization
• Support the execution of paid marketing campaigns across a broad range of digital marketing channels such as SEM, programmatic, and socials
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives,
• Assist in the management of sales collateral
• Analyse marketing analytics reports and end-of-campaign reports to develop optimization plans together with the stakeholders
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Marketing Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years of experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results. Work experience in a media agency is highly desired
• A track record of effectively measuring and analysing campaign performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, engagement rates, and applying learnings for future campaigns
• Experience in managing stakeholders, including senior management
• Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, social posts, and landing pages
• Experience in collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful campaign content, including copywriting, visual assets, videos, and other creative elements
• Proficiency in marketing metrics in full-funnel campaigns
• Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests and experimentation to optimize campaign elements and drive continuous improvement
• 3 years of working experience with Excel or other analytics tools
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in using collaboration tools such as JIRA or Asana
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Experience in working in a multicultural working environment
• Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese
