Hours: Days Monday-Friday

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience

Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for our long standing client based in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester.

Our client has over 40 years’ experience in their field, andy seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends, including social media, print & online platforms

• Create and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels

• Develop and implement advanced SEO / PPC strategies to enhance content visibility and organic search rankings

• Analyse performance metrics from digital and non-digital campaigns, including SEO results, to refine strategies and improve overall campaign performance

• Manage and monitor social media platforms to increase brand awareness

• Create compelling and engaging content for marketing channels

• Analyse marketing data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives

• Work closely with the Sales Team and Design Team

• Brand Development experience and relishes the challenge of taking products to market

• Must be a “Hands On” person and work on own initiative

• Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions

• Plan and execute comprehensive strategies for events, maximising brand exposure and lead capture when necessary

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms

• Proficiency in social media management and content creation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• 1 – 2 years experience is preferred
