Marketing Coordinator

Engage Talent Partners are working on an exclusive basis with our oil and gas client to recruit a Marketing Coordinator based in their Dyce office.

The Marketing Coordinator is a new role and will work as part of a small team focused on the future growth and progression of the business. Activities will include market research, analysis, reporting, content creation and social media. You will also be involved in organising events as well as branding activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights. Compile and present findings to the marketing team.
• Track and analyse macro & micro sector data such as rates, contract durations and marketing campaign success rates.
• Prepare overviews/executive summaries of markets, competitors, clients and target geographies, as requested.
• Generate regular reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media posts and website content.
• Propose, schedule and compose engaging brand-consistent social media content across various platforms.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing and events.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows and promotional activities.

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and maintain up to date client contact database / CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. You will have relevant experience from a similar role and be a strong communicator, able to regularly liaise with internal stakeholders and bring a positive, pro-active approach.
