The Company:
ER Recruitment is working alongside a respected organisation who are continuing to grow.
The successful candidate will join a capable team and work across a diverse range of marketing activity including social media, campaigns, copywriting and events.
Role & Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

• Research, source and draft engaging copy for use in multi-channel campaigns, including proofreading.
• Support the marketing team to develop and implement overall campaigns & strategies in line with the businesses marketing plan.
• Manage an ongoing social media content plan and draft regular, varied and appropriate content.
• Provide in-house graphic design support.
• Capture and edit video content to produce marketing materials.
• Deliver a monthly KPI dashboard which covers the website, social media, Mailchimp, live chat, Google Business and press statistics.
• Communicate updates to relevant audiences, e.g. advisers and media contacts.
• Build relationships amongst the business community.
• Work closely with the events team to align marketing activities accordingly.

About You as the Marketing Coordinator:

• Broad marketing experience with a creative flare for creating engaging content.
• Working knowledge of CMS and Adobe.
• Outstanding organisational, and time management skills with the ability to work to pressurising deadlines.
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as with autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills and command of grammar.
