Circa £23,000 + Pension + Company Bonus + Healthcare Plan + 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch (35 hours)

I am delighted to be working with a leading Telford business who are looking to recruit a new Marketing Data Administrator. This role will be mainly focused on Administrative duties within the marketing department, so covering this like collating data and updating CRM and Marketing systems with the correct information and ensuring product specification data is correct and up to date. There will be a small amount of exposure.

The typical duties will include:

• Assisting with administrative marketing tasks
• Assist in the development and implementation of product data to be used across multiple channels, including company website, customer portal, internal comms.
• Maintain and update the company website using a Content Management System, including new product data input and cleansing.
• Compile and approve assembly instructions for all new products, including liaison with international head office.
• Approval of all packaging/shipping marks
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social channels and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Support the sales team with the coordination and distribution of marketing materials and activities.
• Support the organisation with all events and trade shows.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and to work to deadlines confidently.
• Well organised and self-motivated.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of design principles and concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Proficiency in content management systems, graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva are desirable.
